I was reading that Madonna's effort to adopt another child from Malawi has been turned down. Why shouldn't she be allowed to adopt? The child will have opportunities that it wouldn't have even been able to dream about.
Its all well and good to say that the children from the orphanages would be better off being cared for by relations but the fact is that in many cases the only relatives they have left are sick and elderly grandmothers who can't take care of them. Thousands of families have been devastated by AIDS. Why condemn any child to a life of poverty and misery when there is a chance for them to have a better life.
What do you guys think?

| I definitely agree with you. If she's going to adopt a child, she will provide the child with a relatively good life and great opportunities. However, I think the general argument is that she should adopt from an orphanage in the US instead of from a different country. That way she will be helping with a domestic problem. I think that also some people are concerned that adoption to her is more of a fashion statement than a real desire to care for a child. |

| If it gives a kid a better life she should adopt all the kids she wants. I bet those kids won't want for anything.

If you're allegric to most metals do you need a certain type for a Madonna piercing? So when I had my ears pierced I had to use 14k gold, because I was highly allergic to anything else. For awhile now I've been contemplating a Madonna Piercing. But one concern I have is will I have any allergic reactions if I use stainless steel for the Madonna piercing?

if i'm not mistaken. you are only allowed to adopt kids if you're a citizen of that country.

| well i think, madonna have some legal problem, while adopting child. Her last adoption is also in doubt scanner. Thats why her latest adoption is declined. |
