| Is anybody going to buy the new tablet PC? I think they are cool but the price is still a bit high. I'm going to wait a few months and see what happens. The one thing I dont like about them is that you cant really hold them without putting your fingers on the screen. A little thing I know, but annoying.

Yeah I want one but as you said , a bit pricey right now. I'm definitely going to get one. Usually my thing is to wait a year until all the bugs and whatever are taken care of. I do that with software as well. You don't get burned as much that way.

| The tablet stylus is great for drawing artwork and for detailed cleanup in Photoshop. Because tablets have a fixed resolution, the video processor doesn't need to be too beefed up, enough to handle 2D rendering at 1260 x 800. I've seen some with a 64MB dedicated board plus up to 900 MB dynamic coming from system RAM. Others have up to a gig of dynamic RAM, but these cause a hit in overall system performance. |

Are you talking about the iPad? Tablet PCs are expensive, and will always be one of my dream gadgets. |
