I love the RSS feeds. They keep the pages interesting and fresh even on the days you haven't updated them. Because I haven't got a fast connection, I'm a bit restricted in what I can and can't use so that I don't overload my site but that's probably a good thing or I'd have millions of feeds running from all over the place.
